Pathway to Civic Leadership
Our Pathway to Civic Leadership program, part of our Changemaker Continuum, is a transformative journey for students. It equips them with the tools and resources to recognize their potential as changemakers and leaders, guided by the Flinn Foundation’s comprehensive guidebook. Through self-discovery and exploration of leadership qualities, students engage in critical thinking around local community issues. This process fosters a sense of agency and responsibility, empowering students to take meaningful action and lead purposefully.
In this program, students have the opportunity to:
- Hear from local leaders
- Engage in discussions about current issues
- Learn how to take a stance on topics they believe in
- Cultivate a culture of empathy, collaboration, and social responsibility
- Embrace their roles as civic leaders
- Drive positive change in their communities and beyond
