Deb Woodrum, a third grade teacher at Whittier School in Phoenix Elementary School District #1 asked her students to write about how they would spend $100, or who they would raise money for. Here is one of the answers she received:
“I will raise money for Read Better Be Better. First, I want to buy games for the kids. Then, I would give money so #RBBB can stay longer and be for 4th graders next year. Next, I will buy tools like sticky notes and pencils. Finally, I will buy food and snacks for the kids. RBBB is fun and I want to help support them.”
Thanks for #BeingBetter!
